infoANALÍTICA preserves the integrity of the scholarly record through permanent and transparent notices linked to the original article. Decisions will be made following a documented assessment and, when appropriate, after requesting explanations from the authors and institutions involved.

Corrections

A correction will be published when an error affects the accuracy or understanding of an article but does not invalidate its principal results or conclusions. The correction notice will identify the changes and preserve traceability between versions.

 Expressions of Concern

An expression of concern may be published when there are well-founded doubts regarding the integrity or reliability of an article and the investigation has not yet reached a definitive conclusion.

Retractions

An article will be retracted when its results or conclusions are unreliable because of serious error or misconduct; or when plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication or falsification, deceptive image manipulation, inappropriate use of artificial intelligence, unethical research, or another violation that substantially invalidates the work has occurred.

The retraction notice will explain the reason for the retraction, identify the party requesting it, and remain linked to the article. The original content will be retained to preserve the scholarly record and clearly marked as retracted, unless legal, privacy, or security considerations require access to be restricted.
