Authors, reviewers, and readers may submit written complaints or appeals concerning editorial decisions, procedural errors, conflicts of interest, or potential ethical misconduct. Submissions must be respectful, clearly state the grounds for the complaint or appeal, and include relevant supporting evidence.

The Editorial Team will acknowledge receipt, review the case file, and issue a reasoned response. When a complaint concerns the individual responsible for the original decision, it will be evaluated by another member of the Editorial Team who has no conflict of interest. An appeal does not guarantee that the decision will be changed and may not be based solely on disagreement with a properly supported scientific assessment.

Ethical allegations will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the journal’s Code of Ethics, editorial policies, and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone who raises a substantiated concern in good faith.
